Introduction

Conden gas-steam boiler is a wok shell type with three backflow downstream pyrotechnical tube structure. The flame burns under micro-positive pressure in the corrugated furnace with high combustion thermal efficiency. The corrugator can be fully extended according to the temperature and the heat transfer area can be increased at the same time. The second return journey adopts the threaded pipe structure, which improves the heat absorption intensity of the boiler, effectively reduces the smoke exhaust temperature, saves energy and reduces consumption, and is economical to use. The third return journey adopts the light smoke tube, which can effectively reduce the smoke resistance of the boiler， improve the combustion efficiency and reduce the operating noise of the burner. There is enough steam space in the upper part of the boiler， coupled with the use of advanced and reasonable steam separation device, the steam quality is quite stable.

Advantages

It has high/low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection function, steam pressure overpressure alarm and overpressure interlock protection function. At the same time, the drum is equipped with a verified safety valve to improve safety
A waste heat recovery device is installed at the end of the boiler to further reduce flue gas temperature, realize the release of sensible heat of flue gas and latent heat in water vapor, and further improve boiler efficiency
Convenient and compact structure, easy to install and transport. Symmetrically movable hinged front/rear smoke doors make it easy to open, inspect and clean.
The rear smoke box has two doors, a fire viewing hole and an inspection hole for easy inspection, and a ladder for easy installation of auxiliary engines.
