Introduction

The lower part of the electric vacuum hot water boiler is a water chamber. A stainless steel heating tube is installed on the wall of the water chamber. Electric energy is converted into heat energy through the electric heating tube. The upper part is a steam space, in which a row of stainless steel tubes is inserted. Tubular heat exchanger. Since the entire boiler is under negative pressure, it is absolutely safe. The heat medium in the furnace does not enter, exit, increase or decrease during the entire operation of the boiler. It is only enclosed in the vacuum chamber of the boiler and transfers heat between the heat transfer tubes and heat exchangers of the boiler. The heat medium in the furnace is completely deoxygenated pure water, which has no corrosion or scale.

Advantages

  • The internal absolute pressure of the electric vacuum hot water boiler during operation is 0.02-0.065Mpa, which is lower than the atmospheric pressure, that is, the unit is in a vacuum state, so it will not explode. At the same time. the upper low-pressure steam space is equipped with a mechanical explosion-proof device to protect the electrical appliances. If all the measures fail, there will be no danger due to boiler overpressure.
  • This series of boilers has a compact structure and is easy to install and transport. The boiler is installed on a solid base, which can be hoisted and placed as a whole. At the same time, there is a ladder on the side to easily install other auxiliary equipment; the upper heat exchanger is made of stainless steel straight pipe, and the water chambers on both sides can be opened at the same time to clean and repair the stainless steel pipe.
  • The electric heating tube of the electric vacuum hot water boiler is completely surrounded by heat medium water, which can better absorb the heat emitted by the heating tube. At the same time, an aluminum silicate needle-punched blanket is used on the outside of the boiler to insulate the furnace body, which greatly reduces the heat loss of the boiler. To improve thermal efficiency, the overall thermal efficiency can reach more than 98%.
  • Since the electric heating tube is used to heat the water supply, the electric energy is directly converted into thermal energy. There is no need to use combustion to convert chemical energy into thermal energy. No harmful gases and fly ash will be emitted, and no ash will be produced, which fully meets the requirements of environmental protection.
